Two B.O.T. projects are underway in the city of Damascus. The first project is the restoration of Khan Suleiman Pasha in the old city of Damascus and converting it to a 30-rooms boutique hotel. The second is the building of a 220-rooms hotel in Damascus city centre. Both hotels will be operated by Kempinski.
